The ingredients needed to cook Shahi Paneer:

  1. Take 200 gms of paneer.
  2. Take 5 to 6 of roughly chopped tomatoes.
  3. Prepare 2 to 3 of chopped green chillies.

  5. Take 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. Take 1/2 tsp of garam masala.

  1. Take a kadai add ghee, cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom..
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes, green chili fry for 5 mins..
  3. Add all dry spices and cook for 2 to 3 mins..
  4. Cool, it then mix and then grind it..
  5. In a kadai add tomatoes puree and than add malai..
  6. Now add milk and paneer cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add coriander leaves..
  7. Now paneer gravy is ready for serve..
