  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets..
  2. In a bowl add refined flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, ginger grated and garlic mince, curry leaves, salt and mix well.
  3. Add water accordingly and make a thick batter.
  4. Add the florets and mix well. In a pan heat oil and deep fry. Set aside.
  5. For tempering - add a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, garlic seeds. Stir well.
  6. Add whole red chillies,curry leaves, add Schezwan sauce and stir.
  7. Add yoghurt and stir well. Add salt, stir. Add the fried florets and mix well. Set aside..
