  4. Remove marinated cauliflower from refrigerator. Add cornflour and rice flour in it. Mix it. Then add besan. Mix well coating flour uniformly..
  5. Deep fry in hot oil stirring occasionally. Drain off kitchen paper once Gobi turns to crispy..
  6. Serve Gobi 65 with tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce..
