  2. Prepare 2 of onion medium size (sliced).

  1. Wash, dry and cut lady fingers..
  2. Cut onion in slices.
  3. Take 1/4 cup oil in fry pan and add bhindi and fry on low medium flame for about 10 minutes..
  4. Now in pot heat remaining 1/4cup oil then add onion slices till light golden color..
  5. Now add g.g paste and tomato puree,cook for 2 to 3 minutes..
  6. Now add spices in it and fry well till oil comes in surface..
  7. Add lady fingers with 1 cup of water,.
  8. Cover and cook till lady fingers get tender..
  9. Serve with chapati or boiled rice.
