The ingredients needed to cook Paneer lababdar:

  1. Get 250 gm of Paneer fresh.
  2. You need 2 of tomatoes chopped.
  3. Use 2 of onion chopped.
  4. Get 2 tbsp of ginger juvenile.
  5. Take 8-10 of garlic cloves.
  6. Provide 2 of cloves.
  7. Get 2 of Cardamom.
  8. Prepare handful of Cashew.
  9. Prepare 4-5 of Kashmiri red chilli.

  11. Prepare To taste of Red chilli powder.
  12. Provide 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  13. Take 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
  14. You need to taste of Salt.
  15. Take 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  16. Use 1 tsp of Kasoori methi.
  17. Use 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  18. Use 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves for garnish.
  19. Take 3 tbsp of fresh cream.

Instructions to make Paneer lababdar:

  1. First take tomatoes, onion and all the masala in sa dish.
  2. Now take a pan add some oil add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic cloves cardamom and onion saute them well then add tomatoes and cashew and some salt and water.
  3. Add some red chilli powder and turmeric powder and coriander powder and cover it with lid for 10 min..
  4. Then cool down it completely. Andgrind it in a mixture grinder to a smooth thin paste.
  5. Again take a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee and gravy, cover it with lid for 7-8 min. Again add some red chilli powder garam masala and kasoori methi at this stage add grated paneer for smoothn silky texture.
  6. Now add paneer at last I cut the paneer pieces vertically and add them as well I didn't fry paneer.
  7. Paneer should be fresh.
