- Heat 2 Tbsp ghee in a pan. Add cornflour batter in pan on low heat & stir continuously or it will form a lump.add sugar syrup in pan and mix well..
- Stir spoon continuly in batter.at first some lumps might form in pan but with continue stirring the lumps will go away.it will take some time & effort as well. Keep the flame low-medium until all batter is combine smoothly in pan. Add 1 Tbsp of ghee more if needed..
- Chop mix nuts & keep together with chaar maghaz.when batter is smooth add cardamom powder & mix nuts in pan and mix well..
- Halwa is now getting shape & combine together.it should have a glossy look & shine on it's surface.gradually it will leave sides of pan & not stick to pan surface.the nuts are all mixed up inside..
- Grease a platter or bowl in which halwa is to be taken out.one or two & deep or shallow as prefered.pour the halwa in bowl.make it smooth.let it cool at room temperature..
