- Bhindi ko achy se wash karein dry karein aur cutting kar lain. Pan mein oil dalein add bhindi,1/4 tsp salt and fry karein set aside..
- Remaining oil mein add karein onion slices and fry..
- In a blender add tomatoes pieces,1 green chilli, garlic cloves and ginger blend well..
- Jab onion golden brown ho jain add blended mixture and whole spices cook well..
- Now add 3 tbspn yogurt cook add leftover black pepper chicken and cook until oil separate..
- Now add fry bhindi mix well and cover with lid. Put on dam on low flame for 5 minutes..
- Flame off karein. Bowl mein nikal lain Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, green chilli and sprinkle garam masala powder serve hot with raita and tandoori roti. Enjoy 😋.
