  1. First cut cauliflower in florets and wash properly. Now boil water in a pan and add salt to it. Boil these florets for 3 - 4 min. Keep it in a strainer..
  2. Now in a bowl mix cornflour, maida, salt, black pepper powder and kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well. Add water and make a paste of it. Add florets to it and keep it for 10 min. Now heat oil in a pan and fry these florets till golden brown..
  3. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste to it. Now add chopped onion and capsicum and saute for 2 min. Now add all sauces and spices to it. Add diced onion and capsicum and saute. At last add fried florets to it. Delicious chilli gobhi is ready to serve..
