  1. You need 1 tbsp of Ghee.
  2. Get 1 of finely diced white onion.
  3. You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  4. Use Half of tsp dried coriander.
  5. Take Half of tsp ground cumin.
  6. You need 1 tsp of salt.
  7. Use Pinch of turmeric for colour.
  8. Get 1 of Green chilli.
  9. Use 1 tbsp of raw cane or palm sugar.

Steps to make Chicken Korma:

  1. 1tbsp ghee or coconut oil in pot. Add diced onion keep on low flame.
  2. After 2min add chopped sweet potato. Keep heat low.
  3. After 5min add ginger garlic. Then add chicken and turn flame high to sear chicken cubes. Add remaining spices and stir.
  4. Add enough coconut milk to cook chicken and a pinch of turmeric for colour. Turn flame to medium-low.
  5. Simmer until sweet potatoes are cooked. Add sugar to taste.
