  1. Prepare 3/4 cup of Whole Wheat Flour.
  2. Use 1/4 cup of Jowar Flour (Sorghum).

  8. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of black Pepper powder or to taste.
  9. Take 1/2 teaspoon of Red Chilli flakes or as required.
  10. Provide 4 tablespoon of Coconut Oil, or olive oil.
  11. You need 1/2 cup of Water or as required.
  12. Take 1 tablespoon of jaggery scraped.

Steps to make Multi-Grain Crackers:

  1. First of all mix the flours into a large mixing bowl, add the roasted sesame seeds, melon seeds, chilli flakes, black pepper powder and salt..
  2. Mix well and add oil and mix all the ingredients till well combined..
  3. Meanwhile dissolve the jaggery by boiling it in half cup of water..
  4. Now add little jaggery syrup little at a time and knead the mixture into a soft and firm dough..
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes at room temperature..
  6. Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven at 180 Degree Centigrade.
  7. Roll out the dough into a large circle or a rectangle of 1/4 th inch thickness and cut out desired shapes with a knife or a cookie cutter. You can also use a pizza cutter to cut these into diamond shapes..
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges turn a light brown. (Take care not to burn them.).
  9. When done take them out and let them cool down to the room temperature..
  10. Serve the crunchy crackers to your loved ones..
