  6. Provide 1 tbsp of tomato souce.

  12. Provide 2 tbsp of garlic.
  13. Provide 1/2 tbsp of ginger.

Steps to make Manchurian:

  1. Peel out and grated the bottle gourd..
  2. Now Squeeze out and add salt and cornflour..
  3. Now mix it and make round shapes and fry into oil in low to medium flame..
  4. Fry all the manchurian balls..
  5. Now take a pan add oil after heating the oil add garlic and ginger saute it.
  6. Now add all vaggies in the pan and stirring it and cook for few minutes..
  7. Now add all souces red chilli souce, tomato souce, soya souce, vinegar and salt mix it well..
  8. Now take a small bowl add 1 spoon cornflour and water mix it and add in the pan..
  9. After one boil add manchurian balls and mix it..
  10. Now add coriander leaves and serve the healthy manchurian and enjoy..
