  15. Prepare 2 tbsp of Cashew and Almonds.
  16. Use 2 tbsp of Butter.
  17. Use 1 tsp of Cumin.
  18. Prepare 1 inch of Cinnamon.
  19. You need 2 of Clove.
  20. Take 2 of Cardamom.
  21. Provide 1 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli powder.
  22. Get 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  23. Get 1/4 cup of Cream.
  24. Use 1 tsp of Kasuri Methi.

Instructions to make Malai Kofta:

  1. In a mixing bowl take boiled potato and crumbled paneer..
  2. Add chopped coriander, chilli powder, salt, chopped raisins and crushed cashews..
  3. Now add cornflour and mix well forming a soft dough and prepare a small ball sized kofta..
  4. Heat butter in appe pan and fry kofte with stir occasionally, making sure the koftas are cooked properly..
  5. Fry until the kofte turn golden brown and crisp..
  6. Heat 1 tbsp butter in pan and add cumin seeds..
  7. Add onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until onions changes colour..
  8. Now add chopped tomato, almond, cashew and saute until tomatoes soften completely..
  9. Add kasuri methi and mix well..
  10. Cool it completely and transfer to a blender to blend a smooth paste..
  11. In a kadai heat 1 tbsp butter and saute cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, clove until it turns aromatic..
  12. Add the prepared onion tomato puree, salt, chilli powder, garam masala and mix well..
  13. Cover and cook until the mixture starts to thicken..
  14. Add cream and kasuri methi and mix well..
  15. Put kofte in serving bowl and pour the gravy over kofta and malai kofta is ready to enjoy..
