  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or use frylite to spray it well..
  2. Put the Doritos in a sealed food bag and crush them then add all the spices and shake well..
  3. Ensure chicken breasts are very dry by patting them with paper towels..
  4. Have separate bowls for the cornflour, beaten egg and doritos..
  5. Take each chicken breast and dip into cornflour then egg and finally doritos. When all four done, repeat the process a second time..
  6. Take the well coated Chicken Breasts and place on baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes. Turn over and cook for 10-15 minutes or until chicken cooked through and crispy..
  7. Toast the bun and build your burger. You can add onion, tomato and cheese or whatever other toppings you like. I just used lettuce and mayo to replicate a zinger burger..
