  1. Provide 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  2. Get 1/2 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
  3. Take 3/4 tsp of chaat masala.

  5. You need 9 cubes of panner.
  6. Take FOR of BESAN BATTER:.
  7. Prepare 3/4 cup of gram flour / besan.
  8. Take 2 tbsp. of rice flour.
  9. Use 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  10. You need 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  11. Get 1/4 tsp of hing.
  12. Use 1/4 tsp of chaat masala.
  13. Provide 1/2 tsp of salt.
  14. Use 1/2 cup of water.
  15. Get as required of Oil to fry.

Steps to make Paneer Pakoda:

  1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and ¼ tsp salt..
  2. Combine well forming a paste. now add 9 cubes paneer and rub gently covering masala paste to paneer. keep aside..
  3. Further, prepare besan batter by taking ¾ cup besan and 2 tbsp rice flour in a mixing bowl.also add ¼ tsp Turmeric, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp hing, ¼ tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt..
  4. Combine all the ingredients well. Add in ½ cup water and whisk smooth. Also, add a pinch of baking soda and mix gently..
  5. Dip the marinated paneer into prepared besan batter and coat it completely. Furthermore, deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown..
  6. Finally, paneer pakora ready.
