  1. First cut karela in circular form thin pieces and then place salt and lemon and mix properly and leave for 10 min. Now after that press karela and then place it in other bowl. Now heat oil in a pan and place karela and fry it properly and add haldi to it on low and high flame so it is cooked properly as well as crispy.
  2. Now cut potatoes in finger chips form and fry it add onion long cut and salt and chillies so potatoes cook fast. Now place the potatoes on one side of pan and add panchphoran and dhania powder. Allow to cook for 2 min. Now add karela and mix properly and sprinkle some water and place the lid and allow it to cook on low flame first 2 min. Now ur karela saying is ready you can have it with chapati or plain paratha. And believe it is not bitter in taste.
