  3. Now after one hour gulab jamun shocked sugar syrup then drain them to syrup and cut into two part.now in a nonstic pan take sweet khoya and malai mix well together on midium flam about 4 to 5 miniuts then our malai is ready..
  4. Now take one peace of gulabjamun and spred one tsp malai on it then take a small round mold and creat round design on malaijamun and garnish with pistachio.cool completely in refrigerator about 5 to 6 hours and then ready to eat.cool cool malaijamun is ready.
