  11. Take one piece and make a small cut at the middle of the triangle, should be just a small cut.
  12. Shape it like shown. Roll it from the cut end making sure the end is tacked well.
  13. I put jam in three pieces. You can use chocolate or any filling of your choice.
  14. Repeat process for all the triangles, then arrange in your baking tin and let rise for another 30mins.
  15. Prepare your "oven", put it on the cooker and heat it for about 5mins covered.
  16. Brush your croissants with the egg wash and put them in the oven.
