  4. Marinate the chicken with this paste and add oyster sauce, once it's evenly distributed, cover the bowl and keep it in fridge for 2-3 hours.

  10. Once the chicken is cooked and the sauce becomes caramelized, you can remove the cover and let the water completely gone whilst flipping the chicken one by one.
