Instructions to make Paneer kofta:

  1. Take one bowl add paneer in it..
  2. Now add potato, arrarot, refined flour and salt in it mix it well like a dough..
  3. Give it round shape like kofta and fry it..
  4. Now take another pan add oil in it bay leaves, cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, green chilli paste and onion in it let onion translate..
  5. Now add gram flour, tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt mix it.
  6. Now add water in it and cover it with a plate let get 1 boiled to gravy.
  7. Then add the kofta in it.
  8. Now it's ready to serve and serve it hot...
