Steps to make Manchow soup(Indo-chinese):
- Take pan heat oil round 2tbsp and add ginger garlic and green chilly saute it well..
- Now add onion saute it well and add all veggies and cover it for 2 mins so veggies get soft..
- After adding veggies I used vegetable stock 2cups and 3-4 cups normal water and let it boil.
- After adding water and stock now add black pepper and salt to taste let it boil now add 2spoon of red chilly sauce, vinegar and soya sauce..
- Now make slurry of cornflour and add in soup for better consistency and for thickness.
- Atlast add sugar..
- Take pan add 100 gm noodles and boil it after 7-8 min check it off the flame and let it cool down..
- After cool down now add 2tbsp off cornflour in it and fry it untill it gets golden in colour...
- It turns golden in colour from both side and check it from both side..
- Serve it with hot soup and enjoy it with lots of love...
