  1. Prepare 2 of onions,.

  3. You need 1 of capcicum for making gravy in mixer.
  4. Prepare 200 gms of paneer.

  6. Prepare as per taste of Salt.

  9. Provide 1/2 tsp each of garam masala, kasuri methi, kashmiri red chilli powder.
  10. Get 1/2 cup of water.

Instructions to make Gravy paneer:

  1. Grind all veggies in mixer grinder..
  2. Take a pan heat it and put oil. Add haldi powder, red chili powder, coariander powder and ginger garlic paste mix all well..
  3. Add puree/ paste/gravy into it mix it well and cover it. Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes at low flame..
  4. Cut paneer into equal pieces..
  5. Add kashmiri red chilli powder and paneer mix it well..
  6. Add salt and mix it well cook it for 5 minutes on low flame..
  7. Garnish with kasuri methi..
  8. Serves hot with chapati/ paratha/naan.
