  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Saute Onion and garlic.
  4. Add pork, saute for a few minutes.
  5. Put sauce mixture and bay leaf. Simmer for 15 minutes before mixing.
  6. Add chicken, mix and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove chicken, set aside.
  8. Simmer pork for another 10-15 minutes.
  9. Put back chicken and cook for another 15 minutes.
