- In between stir sabji for even cooking. Now bhindi is soft. Move all the bhindi in to the center. Now pour gram flour batter around the bhindi (In a circle direction). Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or till the gram flour is fully cooked..
- After 4 minutes gram flour has been cooked.Now break the gram flour in a small pieces and mix. Now add coriander powder, chilli powder, dry, dry mango powder, garam masala and mix it well and cook it for 2 more minutes. Now garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
