Add a pinch of Salt to taste, 1 Tsp Dried Parsley, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder & 1/2 Tsp Yuzu Chilli Flakes and Stir-fry all ingredients for 2 minutes. Remove from stove and set aside..
  3. In a Medium Bowl, mix in 6 Whole Eggs and 200 ML Heavy Cream. Gently mix well (do not whisk as you do not want to introduce to much air into the mixture). Add 1 Tsp Salt and 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper to the Mixture. Then Add the Crabmeat Filling from the pan into the Bowl and mix well. Finally, add 2/3 of the Gruyere Cheese into the Mixture and Mix..
  4. Pour 1/2 of the Quiche Filling Mixture into the Quiche Puff Pastry Pan. Top the Quiche with 1/2 of the remaining Gruyere Cheese. Bake the Quiche at 200degC for 30-40mins..
