  3. Separate your wonton sheet or filo pastry. Put the sheet on to your less dominant palm then add about 1 tbsp of the meat in. Squeeze the top of wonton lightly to close them up. Repeat until you wrap them all..
  4. Use one spring onion string to tie the top of your wonton wrap or filo pastry..
  5. On a medium heat pan, add cooking oil wait until it starts to get hot then add those money bags in 4-5 at the time. Keep turn them until all evening crispy and golden..
