The ingredients needed to cook Bhindi Masala:

  1. You need 250 gm of bhindi(ladyfinger).
  2. Use 1 of onion.
  3. Prepare 2 of Tomatoes grind into puree.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of curd.
  5. Use 1 tsp of jeera( cumin)seeds.
  6. Get 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  7. Get 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  8. Get 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  9. Get 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  10. Take to taste of Salt.
  11. You need 2 tsp of oil.
  12. Provide 1 tsp of kasuri methi.

Instructions to make Bhindi Masala:

  1. First washed and dried Bhendi cut into 1inch pieces. Add salt and red chilli powder. Shallow fry in the pan.
  2. In a Kashmir add oil. When hot add jeera when crackles. Add onion stir it for 2 min.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste. Add tomato puree and all dry masala. Cook for 2min.
  4. Now add curd cook for 1 min. Add bhendis,kasuri methi and salt to taste. Cook for 2min and it is ready.
