  1. Heat kadhai heat oil in it fry onion in it in same oil fry cashew and ginger garlic. Take a grinder pot fried onion cashew ginger garlic cumin seed and dry red chilli and grind it.
  2. In same oil add masala then after 1 min add cashew onion paste saute it for 5 mins now add tomato puree.
  3. Saute it till oil leaves it's sides now add kasuri methi mix it add paneer mix it add milk and give a nicely mix. It's gravy should b thick so that it cover all the paneer add some grated paneer.
  4. Serve with hot hot phulka.
