- You need 1/2 kg of palm nuts fruit.

- Wash offal and kpomo spice and cook till its very tender.
- Blend crayfish, onions and peppers. Pour plended mix into boiling broth and cook for a few minutes.
- Add offal and kpomo once it's tender add the dry fish then add salt and knorr to taste.
- Cut scent leaves and add to soup. Leave for a minutes.
