  1. Toss beef with cornstarch, egg white,crushed white pepper,sesame oil and salt in non-metal bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes..
  2. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir fry beef until no longer pink, until cooked well nice and crispy take it out in a plate and set aside.
