- Get 300 g of self raising flour.
- You need 3 of beaten eggs at room temperature.

- Mix the dry ingredients then add the butter and eggs and whisk.

Spoon into the cake tin and bake for about 45 mins until golden brown. To check it's cooked, push a cocktail stick into the middle. If it comes out clean, it's ready.
