  2. Get of Drizzle of Honey.
  3. You need Pinch of Cinnamon.
  4. Use Pinch of Ground Ginger.
  5. Provide of For the Topping..
  6. You need 1 tbsp of Fruit Muesli.
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Olive Spread.
  8. Provide 1 tsp of Plain Flour.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Soft Dark Brown Sugar.

  1. Line a small roasting tin with baking parchment..
  2. Halve and slice the Apple in to roughly 12-16 wedges, removing the core..
  3. Lay the Sliced Apple on to the baking parchment and sprinkle with a little water. Drizzle some Honey over each slice, sprinkle over a pinch each of Cinnamon and Ground Ginger and put in to the oven at 180°c to bake for around half an hour to soften..
  4. Whilst the Apple bakes, take a small bowl and rub together the Olive Spread and Flour so becomes like breadcrumbs. Add the Muesli and the Sugar and mix together... Topping done!.
  5. Once the Apple is baked, arrange it in to a small baking dish or ramekin. (I use a Tapas dish)..
  6. Drizzle a little more honey over the Apples and then add your ready made topping, making sure that it is spread evenly to the edges and then pressed down lightly with the back of a spoon..
  7. Now place the dish back in to the oven for another 15 minutes until you have a nice crunchy, crumbly finish..
  8. Job done... Keep it low calorie by serving with a nice dollop of fat free vanilla yogurt!!.
