  2. You need 2 1/4 tsp of agar agar powder.
  3. Prepare 50 gr of rock sugar (adjust accordingly depends on the sourness of the oranges).
  4. Take of 100 ml water.

  1. Cut the orange into half. Squeezed the juices out.
  2. Remove the flesh and reserve the orange skin/“shell”.

  5. Pour the agar mixture to the orange shell.
  6. Let it cool for few hour, keep in the fridge. Serve cold! So refreshing!.
