  1. Cut paneer in triangular shape. Heat grill pan, roast paneer in butter both sides in golden brown colour...

  4. Again heat a kadai on medium flame, add 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp oil, add this grinded gravy, cook it for 5 minutes or kadai start to release oil on sides. Stir well in between occasionally...
  5. Now add salt, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, punjabi garam masala and curd. Mix well, Curd gives creamy texture to sabzi, no need to add cream.. Add water as needed..
  6. Now add grilled paneer pieces, mix well in gravy. Cook it for 5 minutes.. Add hand crushed kasuri methi in it..
  7. Paneer Lababdar is ready to serve.. Garnish with onion rings and chopped coriander..
