The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:

  1. Take of Cooked cold rice (I cooked 4 cups).
  2. You need 2 of shallots.
  3. Get 2 of carrots (cut into small pieces).
  4. Take 2 sticks of spring onion.
  5. Prepare 250 g of Prawn (pre cooked).
  6. You need 400 g of beef diced into small bite size (pre cooked).
  7. You need 1/4 cup of oil.
  8. Provide to taste of Salt.
  9. Get 1 tbsp of black pepper.
  10. Take 1/4 cup of light soya sauce.
  11. Provide 1/2 tsp of Chinese season salt.
  12. Get 3 Tbsp of fried rice paste.
  13. Use of Seasoning Meat.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic powder,.
  15. Use 1 tsp of Cayenne pepper.
  16. Get 1 tbsp of Soy sauce.
  17. Get 1/2 of Maggie cube or sauce (optional) set aside.
  18. Get 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce.

Steps to make Fried rice:

  1. Cut meat into small pieces, wash and season with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Maggie cube or sauce (optional) set aside..
  2. Chop all the vegetables and set aside..
  3. In a wok or any deep pan, add oil and fry the beef till all the water has completely dried from the meat. Remove meat from the pan and set a side. Drizzle more oil to the pan and fry the onions till translucent. Add (fried rice paste) prawns and the Chinese season salt (optional), fry for 2 minutes on a low heat..
  4. Add all the vegetables and cook for 1 minutes, add the rice and keep stirring making sure the rice is well in cooperated with the sauce..
  5. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and a little bit of light soy sauce (at your own discretion).
  6. All done, enjoy with a side salad..
