  12. You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  14. Provide As needed of Cream.
  15. Take 1 tsp of Kasuri methi.
  16. You need 3 tsp of Ghee.

Steps to make Malai Kofte:

  1. Heat 2 tsp of ghee. Add 8- 10 Kashmiri Red Chilli, 2 onion slice and when turns light brown..
  2. Add 2 tomatoes, add 1.5 inch of chopped ginger.
  3. Add salt per taste add little water and cover and cook for 5 minutes..
  4. And grind in mixer grinder. Take 200 gm of paneer grated, 2 potatoes mashed.
  5. Add 3 tsp of Cornflour add salt per taste and mix well and make small balls and coat them in all-purpose flour..
  6. And then deep fry the balls till it gets golden brown..
  7. Heat 1 tsp of ghee in kadai add 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder..
  8. Now add prepared masala, add little water, 1 tsp of coriander powder add 1/2 tsp of Garammasala (picture nt given).
  9. Now add kasuri methi. When it comes to boiling add fresh cream. the. Add koftas and cover it and cook for 3 mins..
  10. After 3 minutes switch off the gas and add cream over it and garnish with chopped coriander and serve with Partha..
