  1. In a bowl, we will take thick curd,1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves. Mix all ingredients together and prepare marinade. Now add cauliflower florets and onion. Mix well, add 1/2 lemon juice and mix again. Refrigerate for 1 hour..

Heat a wok, add 1/2 tsp cumin seed, 1/2 tsp fennel seed,1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 2 cardamon, 5 or 6 whole black pepper and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Roast for a minute, add puree of 2 tomatoes. Saute for a minute now add 1 tsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp corn flour (mix with 2 tsp water).Mix well and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Add 1 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tbsp cream and 1 tbsp water. Cover and Cook for 5 minutes..
  3. Heat 1tbsp mustard oil in a pan. Add marinated vegetables. Roast them for 4 to 5 minutes on high flame. Add salt, cover and Cook till vegetables are soft.
