- Now add boiled potatoes cut into cubes, mix well cook for 2 min then add green peas, salt to taste mix well and cook for 10 to 12 min, then lastly add 1/2 Spoon garam masala and 1 spoon kasuri methi, Cook for 5 to 7 min till the Gravy becomes thick..
