  10. Saute well and add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and allow to cook well..
  11. Finally a chopped onions, capsicum and paneer and kauri Methi too. Cook well..
  12. At last add chopped coriander..
  13. Heat up a piece of coal and keep the hot coal in center of the masala using a small cup. Pour 1tsp ghee in hot coal and close the pan lid until the coal aroma spread in the masala. Finally yes. The masala is ready. Serve hot. Paneer angara
