The ingredients needed to prepare Shahi bhindi:
- Provide 250 gms of bhindi(ladyfinger).
- Prepare 2 of Onion medium.
- Take 1 tsp of Grated ginger.
- You need 2 of Tomatoes medium.
- You need 3 tbsp of Oil.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Use 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Use 1 tsp of Coriander powder.

Instructions to make Shahi bhindi:
- Cut the bhindi 1" long, then finely cut onion and tomato.
- In a hot pan put 2 tbsp of oil and fry the bhindi and keep aside.
- In the same pan put 1 tbsp of oil add onion, grated ginger saute it well then add tomato and add all dry masala powders, salt saute it well until the oil release from it.
- Then add fried bhindi to the masala saute it well, then add a glass of water and allow it to boil.
- After it boils add coconut milk and switch off the flame. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with chapati, paratha.
