  6. Heat a thick bottomed pan add jeera, til, coriander seeds, whole red chilli, cinnamon and cashews. Dry roast for 2minutes. Cool and grind it to a fine powder..
  7. In the same pan dry roast onion, garlic, ginger and tomatoes for 5minutes..
  8. Cool it and grind it to a fine paste.Heat the pan again, pour tomato onion mixture, cashew mixture, salt, turmeric powder and 1cup milk..
  9. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Place koftas in a bowl and pour hot gravy over it and serve with chapattis..
