- Now add onions & saute for few seconds,take them out & in the same pan,add capsicum & saute for 1 minute.Take them out also..
- Add onions & saute for a second & take them out..
- Add 1 tsp of oil & when it heats, add cumin seeds,whole black pepper,green cardamom & cloves.saute it..
- Add thin sliced onions & ginger garlic paste,cook for 1 minute & add roughly chopped tomatoes.Mix them..
- Cover it with lid & cook on low flame till tomatoes become mashy. switch off the flame & let them cool down..
- Put them in mixie & grind till it becomes smooth paste. Now strainit with stainer..
- Add little bit of water in mixie, so that all the paste comes out..
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil with bayleaf & cinnamon stick.Add degi mirch according to taste.Now add onion tomatoes paste..
- Add salt,coriander powder & turmeric powder. mix well.Cover it & cook till oil spreads from corners..
- Add cream & mix well.Add kasuri methi & mix well..
- Again cover it & cook for a minute.Now add fried cubed onions & green capsicum..
- Cover it & cook for a second. Add fried paneer & chopped coriander leaves.Mix them bhi slowly..
- Serve hot with naan..
