  4. In another bowl take gram flour, salt, chilli powder and mix them. Add water and make a little thick paste..
  5. When the potato is ready keep it for some time to cool down..
  6. Take oil for frying. After that make small balls of the above mixture. Dip it in that gram flour paste and deep fry them..
  7. Take them out. Serve hot with chutney, sauce..
