  2. Take 1 cup of Matar (Green peas).

  1. Light fry the pieces of paneer on a pan for 3-4 minutes till it turns light brown in color.
  2. Take 2-3 Table spoon of cooking oil in another pan and add zeera till it crackles.
  3. Then add Haldi, Coriander powder, Asafetida & ginger paste.
  4. Fry all the spices for 2-3 minutes and then all onion & tomatoes paste..
  5. Fry the paste till it starts leaving the oil from side..
  6. Add the cashew nut paste, a pinch of Garam masala and 1-1/2 cup water.
  7. Then add the pieces of paneer and matar in the gravy and cook for about 7-8 minutes till the first boil..
