- Provide 1 Tbsp. of Ghee.
- Take 3/4 cup of roughly chopped jaggery.
- Use 1/3 of rd Katori Desiccated coconut.
- Take 1/4 cup of rice flour.

- Soak garden cress seeds in 1/2 cup water for 3 hours. Do not drain the water..

- Add coconut and mix well..
