  6. Add ground puree, saute until oil starts leaving sides.
  7. Add spice powders and ground spice. saute for a minute.
  8. Add oyster mushrooms, mix well.
  9. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Add water and salt. bring to boil.
  11. Simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes until mushrooms are done.
  12. Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves and cream. mix well and switch off.
  13. Serve hot with roti or naan.
