  5. Provide 1 tbsp of paprika.
  6. Use 1 tsp of dried sage.
  7. Get 1 tsp of dried basil.

  1. Mix the flour dredging ingredients together and put the dry mix in a bowl..

  3. Line a large baking tray with foil and lightly oil the foil to prevent the wings sticking as much..
  4. Dip each wing first into the dry flour, making sure the wing is well coated but not thickly coated (you’re looking for a light dredging of flour)..
  5. Next dip the wing into the soy sauce ensuring it’s fully coated in soy, then place the wing on the oiled foil. Repeat with all the wings..
