  3. Now make balls with this cottage cheese mixture and make a hole and fill with filling..
  4. Cover to make proper ball and press slightly..
  5. Now cover it with soaked basmati rice and transfer it in idly making mould which was filled with water and pre heated..
  6. Transfer this balls in greased Moulds (using ghee) and steam it for 15 minutes till rice cook properly..
  7. After cooking it looks like a beautiful flower. Serve hot and enjoy..
