The ingredients needed to make Japanese Oyster Rice:

  1. Prepare 200 g of oyster.
  2. Provide 30 g of carrot.
  3. Provide 60 g of mushrooms.
  4. Provide 1 3/4 cup of rice (Japanese rice).
  5. Take 1 pack of natural Dashi pack or 1 teaspoon Dashi powder.
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  7. Provide 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
  8. You need 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.

  1. Wash rice and soak.
  2. Wash oyster with salt and water and drain.
  3. Oysters 100g cut half and chop carrot and mushrooms.
