The ingredients needed to cook Ciabatta:

  2. You need 350 g of flour.
  3. Take 180 ml of warm water.
  4. Get 5 g of fresh yeast or 3g dry yeast.

  7. Use 10 g of fresh yeast or 5g dry yeast.

  1. Activate the yeast in warm water and mix the starter ingredients and let proof overnight.
  2. Mix all the dough ingredients with the starter (except the water and oil) those go in last.
  3. Knead the dough for 8 minutes in a mixer and let proof for 1hour 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a clean floured surface and make desired shape.
  5. Rest the dough for another 40 minutes.
  6. Cover with a damp towel and bake for 20 minutes at 220°c.
