  1. You need 1 cup of Khoya.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of Milk powder.
  3. Use to taste of Sugar.
  4. Prepare as needed of Milk.
  5. You need pinch of saffron Strands.
  6. Take As needed of cherry.
  7. Take 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  8. Take As needed of bread slices.
  9. Take 4 tsp of Chopped almonds.
  10. Provide as needed of Malai/cream.

Instructions to make Malai roll:

  1. Cut the sides of the bread and flatten it using rolling pin..
  2. In another pan add khoya and little amount of milk in it and also sugar..
  3. After it melts apply the khoya batter on the flatten bread and roll it..
  4. Make the rabri aside in it add milk,milk powder sugar and after it boils add malai in it..
  5. Now put the rabri on the bread rolls and keep it in freezer for an hour or two. Also garnish with chopped almonds and cherry..
  6. Yummy malai roll are ready..
